Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to sessions and services booked with Mohit Mehra through mohitmehra.in.

1. Cancelling a Booked Session

You may cancel a booked session by emailing m.mehra.cal@gmail.com with your name, the scheduled session date and time, and your Razorpay Payment ID.

2. Notice Period

To be eligible for a refund upon cancellation, notice must be provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are not eligible for a refund, as preparation time has already been committed.

3. Cancellation by Mohit

In the rare event that I need to cancel a confirmed session, I will notify you as early as possible and offer either:

• A rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time, or
• A full refund to your original payment method

The choice is entirely yours.

4. Rescheduling

If you’d prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance. I’ll do my best to accommodate a new time that works for both of us.
