Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to payments made to Mohit Mehra through mohitmehra.in, processed via Razorpay.
1. General Policy
Services are generally non-refundable once delivered. This includes completed sessions, published content, and any materials shared as part of a booked engagement.
2. Refund Eligibility Window
A refund may be considered if:
- A request is made within 48 hours of payment, and
- The session or service has not yet been conducted or delivered
Refunds will not be issued for sessions that have already taken place, or for payments made more than 48 hours prior to the refund request.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email m.mehra.cal@gmail.com with:
- Your name
- The Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
- The reason for the refund request
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
If you were charged more than once for the same transaction, or if a payment was made in error, please contact me immediately at m.mehra.cal@gmail.com. Such cases will be investigated and refunded promptly.
